Shipping rates and delivery times
For Spain (except Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Portugal), all of our shipments will be by courier. The deadline for delivery, products in stock, will be 24 to 48 hours. Otherwise, it will be within approximately 10 days and will be communicated to the customer via e-mail or telephone.
If the requested product was in production, report the approximate time of delivery to the customer with the option of canceling your order for exceeding delivery schedules and will automatically make the payment of your purchase.
To Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Portugal, all shipments will be made by registered mail and insured you will be notified to the client the issue number of the package, increasing the delivery time in 2 or 3 days with respect to requests for PENINSULAR SPAIN.
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES for distribution shall be made by certified mail identification number of which are available via e-mail. The delivery time is 15 to 20 days for products in stock. Otherwise, the period of transmission is approximately 15 days and will be communicated to the customer via e-mail.
